This was my first time using sage the drop off part worked good with instruction from the guy there. Pickup I had a little problem the pickup machine was not working. But as soon as the guy came it was quick and easy as had already paid on line. Good set up will certainly use again.

Everyday clothes (t-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks), towels, bath mats, sheets, bedding, pillowcases, gym clothes, kids' clothes — anything machine-washable. Do NOT include dry-clean-only items, leather, suede, or heavily stained items.
We use a premium, hypoallergenic detergent by default. If you have a specific preference (fragrance-free, a particular brand), just let us know and we'll accommodate it.
We sort by color (lights, darks, whites) and fabric type. Delicates get a gentle cycle. Towels and sheets are washed separately from clothes.
No strict minimum — but we recommend at least one full load (roughly 10-15 lbs) to get the best value at our per-pound pricing.
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from pickup. Next-day and same-day rush service is available in most areas.
