Sage cleaners updated their shop to include an automated kiosk system. It was quick and easy and I love that there was an attendant available if I needed help with the kiosk. I brought a wool jacket in that had egg yolk all over it and it was available the next day all cleaned up and looking brand new.

The measure of success for a business is how they conduct business, how they treat their customers and the customer service they provide. Sage Cleaners has excelled at all; especially at customer service. Ms. Dayle has been nothing but polite, professional, helpful and a bright light every time I come in.  The recent automation is great, but it wouldn’t be successful without Ms. Dayle guiding and helping customers through the process. Ms. Dayle continues to be an asset with her knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness. It’s truly nice in this day and time to walk into an establishment and to be greeted with a smile every time! First time trying this cleaners. Really loved the 24hr drop off/pick up options as my schedule doesn’t always fit into the 9-5 I recently dropped off a king size duvet and was really happy with the price. This is my new spot, mostly for the convenience factor

I was very skeptical of this place given the fact that it is all digital and self service,but man I was surprised at how convenient,fast,and easy of a time it was using this place. My clothes;including a lab coat,dress shirts, dress pants,and other expensive garments, came out extremely well cleaned and pressed,better than most cleaners I’ve been to before. Sage Cleaners makes dropping off clothing to be professionally cleaned super easy. I really enjoyed being able to just drop off my items in a bag and pick them up from the automated kiosks. The clothes look great so I will definitely be using them again.

This is a great idea for laundry and dry cleaning! Drop off in a bin, pick up in a locker. Kayla very kindly helped me with starting an account and assisted with my dry cleaning order. My wash/fold order was ready one day early; all my garments were neatly folded and wrapped in plastic for packaging in the laundry bag provided by Sage. Great experience, highly recommend.

Took in a 60 yr old baby blanket for repairs and cleaning. The seamstress(sorry do not remember her name) was very helpful and had very good ideas for the repairs. Picked up blanket today,the repairs are perfect,amazing job!!! The cleaners got all of the old stains out. Blanket looks brand new. Thank you to you all for an AMAZING job. I brought several vintage coats in made of various materials (wool, fur, etc.) and they did a great job cleaning them. Everything looked perfect and they smell brand new, it was my first time getting anything dry cleaned and the prices were super reasonable and the employee was very friendly! Little pricey but they do beautiful work. They do have discount times which will help. I walked in for the first time and it was all foreign to me. The lady must have seen me from the cameras looking perplexed and came out the door to help. Very easy process from then on. As a resident of Fishhawk, it is incredibly convenient to have a quality dry cleaner right in our neighborhood. Great service, pleasant staff and the use of non-toxic cleaning chemicals are a big plus…Had some dress suits cleaned and was very happy with results… Sage is also going really high-tech with a self-service Kiosk and a robot arm that will collect and return your clothes… Plus, immediate notifications via text message… including photos of your items. Very high tech!!!

I brought some very important clothes to be pressed. My son's wedding suit, including his tie, and my mother-of-the-groom dress. Not only were they pressed beautifully and done quickly, but my son had placed his grandfather's tie bar on the tie and I didn't realize it when I dropped it off. Sage cleaners had taken it off and placed it securely in an envelope and attached it to the order. I was so happy to see that. We would have never known where it went, and that tie bar is special. Sage Cleaners has an excellent computerized method of submitting your clothes for dry cleaning and a fully automated method for retrieving your clothing and paying the bill 24/7. It’s neat!! When you enter the information to retrieve your clothes, the motorized clothe rack finds your stuff and brings it to you. There is no operator required. I will definitely recommend this cleaner to my friends. Gave it five stars.

I purposely gave them the most dirty, stained wrinkle suit jacket to see how good they were and also to try them out for my other suit jackets and it came out unbelievably new!! I thought there was no way that jacket could be cleaned. Now I am going to take them all my jackets!!! So happy. They also fixed something and didn't charge me. woe!

I took a very small alteration job into this Sage location at the corner of Bloomingdale and Lithia Pinecrest. I needed a paramedic patch sewn on to a heavier jacket due to the upcoming colder weather. The initial timeframe for them to complete was 5 days but I received a text message about 3 hours later that it was done. I called back to make sure the text wasn't in error and the alterations person confirmed that the job was done already. Great workmanship too!

Came to Sage cleaners last year and was back again this year for alterations on evening dresses that I needed hemmed from floor length to midi dresses and again Heather did an amazing job! I’ve used Sage Cleaners on Big Bend every week for about a year to clean uniforms and dress clothes. Never had a problem. Clothes are cleaned and pressed neatly. The app is very easy to use to set up a pickup. Sage picks up from my area (Southfork Lakes) on Thursday and drops it off by mid-morning on Monday. I chose to keep my credit card information on file and all charges have been appropriate and completed at the time of service. I’m writing a review because I received an email asking for a review. Nothing was promised (or expected) for writing a review. I believe this was the only email from them I’ve ever received which was not directly related to my cleaning service, so Sage does not bombard with unnecessary emails like many other businesses do when they get ahold of your email.

I asked if they would be okay with me coming in at noon (didn't want to ruin anyone's lunch time) and they assured me that it would be a good time. They let me know in advance what their turn around time was which I thought was a great move for them so I know before choosing my services. I showed up and once I found the right door they ushered me in the back, took my measurements with the shoes I planned to wear, and said they would get it back in 10 days which was plenty of time before the event. I got a text from them once it was ready, paid online, and picked up in minutes. Price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. I picked them after reading other good reviews (I've never needed alterations before) and I was happy that I did!

Always helpful and friendly when I use the drive through. Good service to deliver to home with no charge. I find their prices fair and they have good deals from time to time, such as 25% off on total order. Very convenient...I like them a lot!

I'm new to the area and used Sage Cleaners at Lithia Pinecrest & Bloomingdale to clean my 2 comforters. They did an awesome job for an awesome price - plus the lady that works there was very nice and friendly, I highly recommend them. They also put my comforters in zip bags that I can store them in.

We love the new pick up/drop off service!! Shirts always clean and pressed well. Affordable. Staff in store and truck driver are very friendly!

This was my first time using sage the drop off part worked good with instruction from the guy there. Pickup I had a little problem the pickup machine was not working. But as soon as the guy came it was quick and easy as had already paid on line. Good set up will certainly use again.

I was happy using them the first time and the lady after I went to pick up was amazing. But drop off lady was a bit condescending. Overall she wanted to up charge and I spoke to the lady who I picked up from was amazing and explained to me and was helpful.

My blazer was nicely cleaned and bagged, though I felt that. $9.00 to clean the one item was a bit high. One negative, there is no parking close to the shop, but. I believe they offer drive-through and pickup and delivery.

UPDATE: After posting my initial review, Sage Cleaners promptly addressed my concerns. Barbara went above and beyond to locate and return my missing sequin lapel attachments. Her exceptional customer service truly made a difference. I’m pleased with how they handled the situation and the quality of the cleaning work on my jacket. I’m updating my rating to four stars, docking one star because the incident happened in the first place, but overall I’m satisfied and would consider using them again. ______________________________________________________________ I recently had a disappointing experience with Sage Cleaners. I dropped off a jacket with a unique sequin lapel attachment, and I even took a photo of it beforehand, just to be safe. While their automated system for drop-off and pick-up worked smoothly, the real problem began when I picked up my jacket. The lapel attachments, which cost me around $70, were completely missing. When I asked the employee about it, she had no idea where they could be. I was already frustrated but hoped for at least some form of compensation or even a discount for the lost item—unfortunately, that didn’t happen. They had no way to reimburse me or even acknowledge the issue properly. While Sage Cleaners’ automated system might be convenient, if something goes wrong with your garment, don’t expect much help. I’ll definitely be looking for a more reliable dry cleaner in the future.

My son was flying out the next morning and needed a jacket and tie drycleaned. So, when I dropped them off, I inquired and was promised same day service. However, when I returned at the end of the day, the clothing wasn’t at the store. The Sage representatives were friendly and courteous, but I didn’t receive my dry cleaning until the end of the next day after my son had already left. Sage was gracious to provide the service at no charge, but I now have to mail my son his dry cleaning. Although I was not very happy with the initial service Sage provided, I gave them a 4 out of 5 star overall rating because of their efforts to rectify the problem with a refund.

For the most part I can count on pick up and delivery. There are times where my jeans are not starched as requested, I require heavy starch with creases and somehow that is not what I receive. Nevertheless I continue with the service. There needs to be a place where you could comments after delivery if there is a problem with the dry cleaning, with rapid responses. Thank you

I've been using Sage Cleaners for some years and, although they closed the store nearest to my home, I'm grateful that I'm able to use the delivery service. The delivery guy, Stan is awesome.

Sage cleaners did a great job with him my curtains. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is due to at the time when I requested on September 18 I was told that it would take maximum two weeks. Later found out it’s 3 weeks and I was misinformed. if I would’ve known it would be three weeks, I would’ve used my previous cleaner who normally only takes one week, no matter what by the time it was all said and done. It took four week. They did a great job but unless you have time on your hands and don’t need your items back sooner than later, then I will probably use a different cleaners who can guarantee return within a week

Dropped off 8 pieces of clothing and asked that it be ready by Wednesday and was told no problem. I arrive to pick up with my ticket and am told nothing is available. I presented my pickup ticket which says Wednesday pick up. Waited as the person went back to check. I was told 3 sweaters were ready- I did not drop off sweaters. I dropped off a long dress, men's suite (pants, jacket) to include men's dress shirt and tie and my dress and 4 blouses. I received the blouses and dress but not my rest of my husband's suit. We are missing the jacket, tie, and shirt. We are attending a retirement ceremony and now I have to run around to get what we need. I asked the lady at the counter to please call someone asap and please get the rest of his suit before 2pm today. She said I don't think that is going to happen. They were sent out. Sent out? This was my first and last time I will use their services. And I still need my items.

They took my baskets. As a new wash and fold customer I had thought the pickup person would bag my laundry up in one of their bags. Wrong. They took my laundry baskets and have not returned them. Barbara said she would have them returned, but that was 22 days ago. I even sent pictures. When I asked how they would resolve the issue and that a reimbursement seemed fair Barbara stopped responding. Apparently their customer satisfaction guarantee is just lip service. I had also received someone else's bath mat in my laundry when it was returned. Edit 4/22/23 They finally found and returned my baskets. It took about 2 months. They credited my Sage account for the cost of replacement baskets, but I still won't be returning. It was not a good experience for me.

I have been using Sage and the previous company for about 6 years. I wear French cuff shirts and consistently they are returned incorrectly pressed or not pressed at the cuff. I recently emailed and spoke with the owner and customer service manager who assured me they would resolve. I declined the offer for a refund or returning same shirts for free with hopes they would address the problem. For one instance,/delivery, they did all of the shirts correctly. Thereafter the same issues continued. I emailed the owner again and said I would like reimbursement for those shirts not properly completed, I got no response. I also provided pictures to verify. I wear a suit every day, so I’m a fairly large and consistent customer, seems like you’d want my business. I’m checking put Tide who is just a mile away from Sage. It’s a shame to have to change, but I’m tired of paying and not getting what I requested. If you’re detailed about your clothing, you may not want to use this vender.

New to area and apartment complex offering service through Sage Cleaners. Had hoped for great service to go with the convenience. Unfortunately, that did not occur. Tried the service twice and both times business shirts were returned very wrinkled as if they had been stuffed in a delivery van with many other orders and/or stuffed into the delivery locker with little care. I will be looking for another service this week.

i was supposed to pick up my dress yesterday 12/23 at 5pm like the ticket stated. I went yesterday and the dress was not at the store. I was told that it was on night delivery and to come back the next day, that it would probably arrive in the morning. I go today 12/24 to pick up my dress and it was still not at the store. At the end the dressed arrived. It is still not a great experience since I am traveling with the dress on 12/26 and I was told it would be done on time. Also the person you helped me was not the best since they kept saying that hopefully the dress would arrive before 2 since they had to leave at 2pm today.

Dropped my comforter off over a week ago and it’s still not ready. No one will answer the phone or respond to my emails, text messages, or messages through the tracking system as to the status. It should not take this long to clean a king size comforter and it should not be this impossible to reach anyone as the status. First time trying this place and won’t be back other than to retrieve my comforter if I can ever reach anyone!

This use to be our place when we were able to interact with a human and ensure what we wanted done to our items were taken care of. Now you are greeted with a touch screen and have become the de facto employee.

I dropped off 5 pairs of pants (mostly black) to be dry cleaned. Instead of dry cleaning them, they washed and ruined them. They told me they would let the manager know. I went up their 3 times because I was never contacted by anyone. The last visit, I took the pants so I could donate them and will just buy more. If they had the audacity to fix their mistake, this could have been a 5 star review of how they took accountability of the issue. Buyer beware.

Dropped off two button downs and a three piece suit. $45. Seems high but I guess prices have gone up. Getting ready for my event and grab one of the shirts, thinking that the $45 dry cleaning it would have been ready to go. Looks like I pulled it out of the hamper. Terrible. The other items look like this or worse. Find somewhere else, they’d probably be cheaper anyway.

Website allowed to make reservation for seamstress, the person was not working that day.. and they told me to go the other location where another seamstress was supposed to be and also was not there. Unreliable, cannot recommend

Hello, I just recently move to Florida from Dubai after 15 years. I was in desperate need of laundry cleaning being I do not wash my everyday clothes except pajamas. Either way I find safe cleaners near my house I brought two bags of clothing one bag all new clothing but I wanted to clean and press them. I was excited. I went to pick up my clothing and as soon as I got home I opened it. I noticed my new outfit never work, washed, or dried ever was stained not sure with what. I can sage cleaners back the gentlemen requested I bring the item back and I did. I waited 7 days no one called me emailed nothing. I called and spoke to who I’m assuming is the manager she stated she hasn’t had a chance to see my item if I can give her until Monday. No problem. Monday came and went so the next Tuesday I called inquiring about the status of my item and she states that she denied my claim. I questioned why as I don’t have a reason to lie I have a million items of clothing she stated they don’t have bleach as if bleach is the only thing that can beach clothing. I stated well it was a new outfit I can show you my purchase and delivery date and when I dropped it off it wasn’t on the item. She then states maybe I got nail polish remover on it when I don’t even own nail polish remover not only that she doesn’t know me. Not knowing I have been getting poly gel on my nails since 2010 in Dubai. I haven’t seen my nails in years. I honestly couldn’t believe it was denied as I have too much integrity and I think each person should be treated differently. I’m sure yall scam and lie over here in the states but not everyone lies. I didn’t even ask for anything when I told them they ruined my item. I will never use them again and I also filed a small claims suit because she questioned my integrity and was very rude and unprofessional.

This was the most overpriced cleaners I have ever been to. I only wanted items pressed and it was sooooooo overpriced. $16 for pressing only a casual dress. Not even a “dressy dress” Then I was charged 2 times for a ridiculous environment. This is highway robbery. I have lived in MIA and NYC and it’s never been this outrageously expressive. I will never be back. I’ll be looking for a cleaners that doesn’t rob it’s clients.

We dropped off Class A uniforms for a very important graduation and upon dropping them off we confirmed that they are able to crease and press the uniforms and if they were familiar with them being that they had to be a specific way. It was told to them to follow the previous crease line and to just make it more precise They agreed and we proceeded with the process of having them cleaned and pressed.. i dropped them off on a Thursday and by the next Tuesday two days before graduation. i got a notification they were finished. When i arrived i walked through a sliding glass door and asked for the uniforms that were ready. i was then given the uniforms. When i opened the bag both selves were made two uneven creases when its only supposed to only be one and the pants had very obvious and hard creases going side by side causes a “railroad track” and stains (on a white shirt) when i showed the front desk they let me know they “usually” do it right and she’s unsure why they did that. After communicating to the front desk how this is unacceptable and very wrong that they would give me back a uniform two days before a graduation done incorrectly she then said they can maybe ship it off and hopefully get it back the day of . Which i again explained i can not afford to take the risk of not receiving it back in time. After 30 mins of frustration i then asked if i can have my money back now due to now having to find another place that can expedite the uniform and to try to to fix the problem they have now caused and created. she said she can take my information and have a manager call me between 8-5 the next day. It is now the next day and i have no return call regarding my refund. Even with me calling 2x trying to speak to someone to follow up regarding the interaction the prior day. It rang and rang then was pushed to voicemail. I am sill awaiting a call back to hopefully get compensation for the inconvenience and mess up of the entire uniform I am HIGHLY disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

I dropped off three pieces of clothing at this location on Monday, and they promised everything would be ready by Wednesday at 5:00 PM. I never received a call or text, so I called the next day (Thursday). They told me it should be ready by 5:00 PM that day. When I arrived, only my two shirts were ready—they had no idea what happened to my jacket. The woman helping me said she would call the manager the next morning and follow up with me. I never received a call on Friday, and after trying several times to contact them with no answer, I went back in person after 5:00 PM. My jacket was finally ready. However, when I got home, I noticed several stains still on the jacket, and one sleeve was badly wrinkled. I tried calling again to complain, but no one answered. I will never return to this place. Extremely poor service and disappointing results.

I dropped off leather shoes and a wallet to be cleaned at Sage Cleaners as they send leather goods to a third party company for cleaning. I received shoes that are now ruined with discoloration and have not received my wallet back to date. I intended to pick up both items, paid in full on May 29, 2025, and have only received the ruined shoes. The wallet had a designated space on the garment conveyer, the woman at the front says she remembers seeing it and when I arrive, it’s magically gone. This is a designer wallet. I paid $105 for both items, one damaged and one missing. I have not received any updates from this company. This company has provided me with no updates to date. Do not trust your personal belongings with this location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by your company, and frankly, I no longer wish to continue doing business with you. Despite spending $125.00 nearly every month, I consistently encounter issues upon returning home. Specifically, shirts are not properly cleaned, and I request that you group white shirts together and separate colored shirts and pants. It is time for me to explore alternative service providers. Once was a loyal customer for 5 years. Never coming here again. Nasty employee. I asked for an itemized receipt. A reasonable request I’d think when the total is 92$. She sucked her teeth at me clearly upset. So I asked her if that was a problem. Ignored me. Then I asked if she is ignoring me. Still ignored me. So then I said, ok, I guess it is a problem. Her response “if it was a problem I wouldn’t be doing it” with nasty attitude. Once I started recording her, she switched it up. She called the owner, and blatantly lied about what happened. Would never come back here as long as this employee is working there. First time in my 40 years that I’ve ever experienced something like this. UPDATE: add insult to injury. Just checked my pants and the seams on the waste are busting out. Wow.

Picked up my suit today. It was not pressed and had damage to it. I was treated rudely when I asked to file a claim. I was told "Nothing I can do. Nobody is here. Just sending it it off on Monday." At this point, I have no clue where my suit is being sent, or what is being done.

Posting again since my review somehow got deleted? Please do NOT use them for expensive silks sarees. This is what happened to mine. I gave them over 2 weeks to investigate and the manager called me back saying it was a manufacturing defect.

Due not use them for expensive silk sarees. I advised the lady at drop off that it was an expensive traditional silk saree form many years old. This is how I got it back. And now they claim “ manufacturing defect” .

I waited to give this review until I had two orders from this company. I am sad to say that both times my clothing did not appear to be pressed or even fresh. After the first order of $150 and 17 items of clothing, I asked about why many of my clothing articles came back with creases and wrinkles. I was informed that there was nothing they could do about it, because that is how the clothes get packed into the truck when they get transported back to the facility. I decided to give it another try and sent a medical lab coat, which I just picked up. The coat has several wrinkles and does not appear to have been carefully pressed. It is wrinkled, and quite unsuitable to wear. I now have to take it somewhere else to have it properly cleaned and pressed. I was really looking forward to using this dry cleaner company, because it is close to my home and the drive-through is very convenient, but I just can’t keep throwing money away to have my clothing returned to me looking worse than when I dropped it off.

I only gave them a one star because of the quality of the work that was performed. This was the first time I had ever been to this dry cleaners as I usually go to the one by Kings. I brought in 11 dress shirts and 2 pairs of dress pants. Everything was wrinkled when I got them back. Like they were pressed in a wrinkled state. They all looked like garbage. When I picked up the clothes they did ask me to look them over and I did not because I just figured they were good and everything I never received from Suncoast was perfect. I learned my lesson.

Look for service elsewhere. Their customer service is awful. For example, when a garment of mine was damaged during their cleaning process, I was told by the attendant that someone would call me…3 months later after weekly follow up requests from me, still not a return phone call. When you call the number at the retail location, they can’t help you. They claim, that there is a “chain of command to follow”. They claim that they can leave notes in their system about your request, but cannot provide a customer with a phone number for anyone that will call you back or resolve an issue. Seriously- we are cleaning clothes here, not saving lives. When you call the production sight in Valrico no one answers the phone. When you leave a message, no one calls you back. After calling their locations, you receive a text message that says, “We missed your call, how can we help you”. When you respond to that text…no one calls you regarding your request. Awful experience. Don’t waste your time or money period!

I had a comforter dry cleaned in early October and it was returned severely damaged. The inside lining was clumped and matted, the seams no longer lined up or laid flat, and there were multiple holes. I called and they insisted they pick it up again to review it to “see if it was their fault” but instead they just recleaned it, destroying it further, and charged me. They admitted this charge and recleaning it was a mistake on 10/20 but did not issue the promised immediate refund it until 11/17. When I called again they gave the excuse that it was marked wrong and insisted again they pick it up to review it before they would compensate me for the damaged caused. Then they failed to show up on two separate days to pick it up. Once it was finally picked up, I called after a week and a half of not hearing anything and they let me know that not only would they not be fixing it (it was obviously destroyed beyond repair) they had determined it was not their fault and would not compensate me other than a refund for the initial cleaning and sew one hole as a “good gesture” while continuing to deny any responsibility. As context for the inevitable response back: 1. The stated wear and tear-the comforter was a little over a year old and used for a guest bedroom thus in great shape as it was barely touched. 2. The statement that the clumping is just what happens when it’s cleaned: I have had this comforter cleaned on two separate occasions by a different company and the comforter came back perfectly both times. I have receipts for the extra charge, evidence of the lie it was refunded on 10/20 and proof it was not actually refunded until 11/17.

If I could give them a -10 I would, I dropped dress pants and a shirt off Thursday at 10:00 am I have a receipt to have my clothes rushed to be picked up at 5:00pm Friday because I told the lady I had a wedding to attend Sunday, Friday at 4:45 I went to the location they haven’t even received the clothes yet, 5:40pm they call me to tell me my clothes are still at the plant that they probably can’t get them until Monday ! No manager will call me and the employee that just called me now said they haven’t even been sorted out of the bin yet and that she would literally have to go through the whole bin to find the clothes ! This is SO unacceptable, no costumer service and no management has got back to me. Absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy smh

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I brought a dress in a week ago for a wedding and called to pick it up when they told me their seamstress got Covid so she hasn't hemmed the dress. They did not let us know in advance at all. Extremely unprofessional with no regard for the customer.

Let me tell you what! This is the first time I used these guys and it’s definitely the last time I use them! I dropped off a sweater on Tuesday and it’s Thursday I called yesterday and they said they lost my sweater and then come find out someone sent it to a wrong store! 4 days 4 days for one piece of clothing to get dried cleaned and now maxine wants to offer me a 20% discount and for her to be laughing at this situation is crazy.

Do not use...they totally faded a $500 comforter and said they are not responsible for because I signed some paperwork? Never signed anything, has asked and tried to get a copy of this signature only to get the run around. They say they must have taken it to the office and we will call...never call. I have made multiple trips to them only to get someone will call and nothing. When I took then a pillow sham (we did not dry clean those) to compare the fading they said I should have dry cleaned those also so they match??? Really, your answer is we should have ruined it all. Do not use.
